Pear Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe pear
• 2 tbsp milk

1. Peel the skin of the pear and cut the fruit into small pieces.
2. Steam pear pieces for 10 minutes or until tender.
3. Blend these pear pieces for about 5 seconds or until there are no chunks.
4. Pour into a bowl and mix in milk.
5. Serve slightly cooled.
